Service Description

Over time, dirt, mold, and algae build up on the inside panels of your fence — the side that faces your yard and takes the most moisture and sun exposure. Using our portable high-pressure system and eco-friendly cleaners, we gently remove grime, mildew, and organic growth without damaging wood or paint. This service instantly brightens your yard, helps extend the life of your fence, and prepares the surface for sealing or staining if desired.


Cancellation Policy

By booking fence cleaning with Can Man & Crew Pressure Washing (“we,” “our,” or “the company”), you (“the customer”) agree to the following terms regarding access, safety, and liability. Access & Presence Fence cleaning may require backyard entry. The customer must ensure clear and safe access to all areas. We ask that someone be home unless prior arrangements are made. If gates are locked or access is unsafe, the visit will be postponed and rescheduled once access is confirmed. If not resolved within three (3) business days, the visit will be marked completed since route time and labor were reserved. Pets & Safety Pets must be secured indoors or away from the work area. We will not enter if pets are loose for the safety of your animals and our crew. If this prevents service, we’ll reschedule once the area is safe. Repeated issues may result in a rescheduling fee. Property Condition & Liability We are not liable for pre-existing damage, rot, peeling paint, or weakened areas exposed during cleaning. Overspray on plants or nearby property is minimized but possible. Pressure washing may reveal prior wear or imperfections. Water & Scheduling The customer must provide a working outdoor spigot. We only use what’s necessary to complete the job. Services may be rescheduled due to weather, equipment, or route changes. Notice will be sent via text or email. Preparation & Responsibility Please remove items and obstacles along the fence before service. Areas that can’t be safely reached may be skipped or rescheduled. By booking, you agree that Can Man & Crew Pressure Washing is not responsible for injury or property issues due to unsecured pets, blocked access, or unprepared areas.
