A legal disclaimer

By purchasing or scheduling any service provided by Can Man & Crew Pressure Washing (“we,” “our,” or “the company”), the customer (“you”) acknowledges and agrees to the following general terms and limitations of liability.

All services are performed with professional-grade equipment, using industry-standard pressure washing and cleaning techniques. While every effort is made to deliver quality and safe results, Can Man & Crew Pressure Washing cannot guarantee complete removal of all stains, discoloration, buildup, or organic growth, especially on aged, damaged, or porous surfaces. Some materials may have limitations that prevent full restoration.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, loose materials, peeling paint, cracked concrete, warped wood, damaged joints, or other conditions made visible or worsened through the cleaning process. Pressure washing and cleaning may reveal prior wear or imperfections that were previously concealed by dirt, mold, or debris.

Customers must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the service area at the scheduled time. Water access is required unless otherwise arranged. Pets and children must be kept safely indoors or away from all work areas for the duration of the service. Can Man & Crew Pressure Washing is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage resulting from unsecured pets, unprepared areas, or customer interference during service.

The company is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, water intrusion under doors, windows, or garage seals; minor overspray on nearby surfaces; or incidental runoff consistent with outdoor cleaning practices.

All cleaning solutions used are biodegradable and environmentally safe when properly applied. Customers are responsible for notifying us of any areas with known drainage issues, sensitive vegetation, or specialty coatings before service begins.

By confirming payment or booking service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer. Can Man & Crew Pressure Washing reserves the right to modify this policy as needed to maintain safe, consistent, and compliant business practices.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

By booking, subscribing, or purchasing any service from Can Man & Crew Pressure Washing (“we,” “our,” or “the company”), the customer (“you”) agrees to the following terms, policies, and responsibilities.

1. Services
We provide professional cleaning services including, but not limited to, trash can cleaning, driveway and sidewalk washing, and fence cleaning. All services are performed using industry-standard equipment, pressure, and biodegradable cleaning solutions. While we strive for exceptional results, no guarantee is made that all stains, buildup, or discoloration will be fully removed.

2. Scheduling & Access
Our services are scheduled by route and availability. Customers must ensure clear and safe access to all work areas at the scheduled time. Outdoor water access is required unless otherwise arranged. If we are unable to access the property due to locked gates, blocked driveways, or other obstacles, the visit may be rescheduled. Repeated access issues may result in service cancellation.

3. Pets & Safety
For everyone’s safety, all pets must be secured indoors or away from the work area. We will not enter fenced areas if pets are loose. Customers are responsible for keeping people, pets, and vehicles clear of the work zone during service.

4. Payment & Billing
Payment is due at booking or upon service completion. Subscription services will automatically renew unless canceled at least five (5) days prior to the next billing date. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of service until resolved.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be non-refundable due to route and labor allocation. Refunds are only provided if service has not been performed and proper notice was given. Weather-related delays will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

6. Liability & Property Condition
Can Man & Crew Pressure Washing is not liable for pre-existing damage, loose materials, rot, weakened areas, paint peeling, cracked concrete, or defects that may become visible after cleaning. We are not responsible for water intrusion, overspray, or minor runoff consistent with outdoor cleaning. Customers are responsible for informing us of fragile materials, electrical hazards, or drainage concerns before service begins.

7. Environmental & Chemical Use
All products used are environmentally friendly and safe when applied properly. Customers must notify us of any sensitive vegetation, coatings, or specialty materials prior to cleaning.

8. Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure access, remove obstacles, and communicate any special conditions in advance. Failure to prepare the property may result in incomplete service or rescheduling fees.

9. General Disclaimer
By booking, you acknowledge that results vary based on surface condition, age, and environmental factors. Can Man & Crew Pressure Washing assumes no liability for incidental or consequential damages related to our services.

10. Agreement
By booking or paying for any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Can Man & Crew Pressure Washing reserves the right to modify these terms to maintain safe and consistent operations.
