Ensure your trash bins are spotless and odor-free with our eco-friendly trash can cleaning service. Customized plans available.


Cancellation Policy

Our can cleaning service operates on a set neighborhood route schedule. This allows us to serve all customers efficiently and keep costs low. Customers cannot select individual cleaning times or dates; service is automatically scheduled based on their area’s assigned route day. Scheduling & Routes: Service days are determined by your neighborhood and trash pickup schedule. You’ll receive a text or email reminder before each cleaning so you can ensure your cans are curbside and empty. Because our routes are pre-planned, specific appointment requests are not available. Rescheduling: Since cleaning dates are tied to our route system, rescheduling individual stops is not available. If you’ll be out of town or your cans will not be accessible, please notify us at least 24 hours before your assigned route day, and we’ll pause your service until the next scheduled visit. If your cans are full, blocked, or not curbside when we arrive, the visit may be marked as completed since time and travel are already allocated. Cancellations: Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or bi-weekly basis. You may cancel anytime before your next billing date by contacting us through our website or email. Please submit cancellations at least five (5) days before renewal to avoid the next charge. No refunds are provided for missed cleanings caused by inaccessible or unprepared cans. Refunds & Missed Services: If we miss your cleaning due to weather, equipment issues, or route delays, your service will be rescheduled at no cost on the next available route day. Refunds are not issued for services missed due to customer inaccessibility, locked gates, or cans not being emptied. Weather Delays: In cases of heavy rain, lightning, or freezing conditions, we may adjust route days for safety. You’ll receive notice via text or email when your cleaning has been moved. By subscribing, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that Can Man & Crew Pressure Washing operates on fixed neighborhood routes to ensure efficient and reliable service.
